Biblical Prayer Characteristics is key to God answering our prayers. God is looking at our character when it comes to biblical prayer characteristics. Integrity is good character in action. Ministry without good character can lead to a fall down. It is not ministry or character, but ministry and character. According to James 5:16, it is the prayer of a righteous man that avails much.
