How to Increase Biblical Faith: Unlocking the Power Within.

The good news is that there are practical ways to increase and strengthen our faith, enabling us to experience the fullness of God’s power and presence in our lives.
1. Read the Word of God
(Luke 17:5-6, Romans 10:17 NKJV)
“The apostles said to the Lord, ‘Increase our faith.’ So, the Lord said, ‘If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, “Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,” and it would obey you.'”
The Bible is not just a book; it is the living Word of God. By immersing ourselves in its pages, we encounter the message about Christ and find the source of faith. As we read and meditate on God’s promises, our faith is strengthened, and we gain confidence in His power to move mountains in our lives.
2. Pray for Increased Faith
(Romans 10:8, Jude 1:16 NKJV)
“But what does it say? ‘The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart’ (that is, the word of faith which we preach) … But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.”

Moreover, fixing our gaze upon Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith, we find hope, inspiration, and renewed strength to persevere.
4. Speaking the Word of Faith

The power of our words should never be underestimated. Speaking the Word of God, declaring His promises and truth over our lives, activates our faith and aligns us with His divine purpose. By speaking words of faith, we proclaim our trust in God’s unfailing goodness and His ability to bring about the impossible.
5. Fix Your Eyes on Jesus
(Hebrews 12:2 NKJV)
“Looking unto Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Our faith is not founded on fleeting circumstances but on the unchanging character of Jesus Christ. By fixing our eyes on Him, we shift our focus from the challenges around us to the greatness of our God. As we behold His faithfulness, we are emboldened to trust Him more and witness the miraculous work of faith in our lives.
